The Annual Conference Texas Society of Homeopathy has invited Jamie Oskin, ND, DTBRm, DHANP, MFHom (Int) Vice President, HANP, to address attendees at our 34th Annual Fall Conference, which will be held at The OC in Forney, Texas. TSH welcomes beginners and experienced homeopaths, both lay and professional. This event will also be livestreamed.
Dr. Oskin has seen first-hand the impact of medical mishaps and side effects in traditional medical practice and pharmaceuticals. We suspect you’ve been there, too, and we hope to offer other options as we work together using safe, natural therapies to stimulate health and development. Natural healing comes from natural living and when you implement Dr. Oskin’s advice and take action, you will feel empowered as your child’s best advocate, participating in the body’s ability to heal itself.
Pre-Conference Presentation (October 1st)
The National Center for Homeopathy (NCH) is hosting our Pre-Conference Session.
Our Pre-Conference Presentation, Thursday night session, is free to the public, however please be sure to mark attendance on the registration form if you are attending the whole conference, or sign up for Thursday night only.
Our time will focus on “Why the Details Matter: What to Look for in Symptoms, and in a Practitioner.” Plan to join us for this illuminating time.
Two-day Conference (October 2nd-3rd)
This 12-hour lecture series for Texas Society of Homeopathy will be an introduction to the homeopathic treatment of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with an extensive introduction into utilizing Hahnemann’s Materia Medica as well as the Bönninghausen Therapeutic Pocketbook Method with TBR2 (The Bönninghausen Repertory, Second Edition by George Dimitriadis).
The objective is for attendees to walk away well versed in the homeopathic treatment of ASD and to feel less intimidated by Hahnemann’s primary source materia medicas, Materia Medica Pura and The Chronic Diseases, as well as Bönninghausen’s Therapeutic Pocketbook (TBR2). The attendee will become familiar with how these works were constructed and, therefore, better equipped to utilize them to maximal advantage in practice. This series introduces the pharmacologic model of similars discovered and developed by Samuel Hahnemann. With that foundation, the series illustrates how Bönninghausen created the repertory to most accurately aid the clinician in the application of Hahnemann’s pharmacologic model of similars in clinical practice. This course includes historical background on the construction of the materia medica and repertory so that attendees can understand how the tools were developed, and therefore, how to best access and utilize these primary texts in both study and clinical practice.
